How it works
One element.
Six stages.
Follow wall panel WP-0142 from drawing to handover. Each stage is owned by the team that does the work, and every update lands on the same record.

Design
Every element starts from your drawings and spreadsheets with its identity, revision, quantities and zone, so the factory works from exactly what the design office released.
- Element ID, type and revision
- Quantities, zone and level
- Release status for the factory
- 02
Owned by Factory
Production
Casting is recorded against the element itself: when it was cast, in which factory and with which concrete mix. The balance left to produce updates as the factory works.
- Casting date and production number
- Factory and concrete mix
- Balance left to produce
- 03
Owned by QC team
Quality
Produced elements wait in a queue until QC records a decision. With the quality module, inspections follow your ITP, with checkpoints, evidence, signatures and NCRs.
- Approval decision and inspector
- ITP checkpoints and signatures
- NCRs and a chain-of-custody PDF
- 04
Owned by Logistics
Delivery
Approved elements are linked to delivery orders, transporters and dates, so every delivery note points to real elements and nothing leaves the yard unaccounted for.
- Delivery order and note number
- Transporter and dispatch date
- The elements on every load
- 05
Owned by Site team
Erection
Site records erection against the same element the factory cast, so progress on site and in the factory can never disagree.
- Erection date
- Level and grid location
- Site milestones
- 06
Owned by Management
Approval
Final inspection and approval close the element's history. Every quantity in a report now traces back to signed records your client and consultant can review.
- Final inspection and approval
- Complete element history
- Reports that trace to the record
Every element.
Accounted for.
Bring one live project. We will run its elements through these six stages with your own data and show you the reports that come out the other end.
